Tamara Convey, Founder of O & Me
I was born and raised right here in South West London but my career as a Nanny, and a Childcare Professional, has taken me across the globe.
My 12+ years of experience has seen me work in multiple different roles and settings, varying from private families to schools and nurseries as well as large corporations and institutions.

I have worked in summer camps in the United States, been a Ski Nanny in the French Alps, a Youth Staff aboard a cruise ship and a Teaching Assistant at a Montessori Nursery before working as a Private Nanny for several amazing families in and around London.
My journey has now led me to being a mother for my own baby daughter.
Becoming a mother has been the greatest joy of my life but it also left me with a tough decision to make. I decided the time was right to end my career as a Nanny & a Childcare Professional.
However, I wasn't ready to leave all the 12+ years of knowledge and experience I had acquired behind and thus, O & Me Nanny Agency was born.
Drawing upon the vast network of amazing nannies I have met in my career, as well as the network of families I've been fortunate to work for, O & Me Nanny Agency is equipped to assist you in your search for the right Nanny for your family.
